You can! However our éclairs are assembled fresh every morning and are best consumed on the same day as the choux pastry might dry out overnight in the fridge.

All our products are halal, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

We are happy to be part of your corporate events, themed parties and other joyous celebrations – please leave us a message or email us directly at hello@leclair.com.au with details of your request at least a month in advance.

We sell up to 12 flavours of éclairs daily. Four of which are our classic flavours – vanilla & caramelised pecans, classic chocolate, salted caramel and apricot. Remaining flavours are seasonal and you may check out our online store (javascript:void(0))for the latest collection.
